BANOFFI PIE

I just had to share this interesting fact. Did you know that the banoffi pie was conceived in East Sussex, UK? How amazing is that? It was conjured up in the Hungry Monk Restaurant in 1972 and from there the recipe has reached all over the world. Did they patent the word?
